Usability testing is a method of evaluating how easy a product is to use. It involves observing how users interact with a product to complete tasks. Identifying problems and opportunities for improvement, Assessing the user experience, Ensuring the product meets user needs, and making sure the product is effective and acceptable, which will allow me to create the best outcome.

Within my job, a product development team is to:

We always need to prepare for a usability test, so here are the steps to create a strategy to present:
